1. The service
BConvert provides free, browser-based file converters and educational content. You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes without charge and without creating an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not: attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its hosting; use the tools to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; misrepresent the site's content as your own original work in a way that deceives others; or attempt to extract or republish the site's underlying code at scale for a competing clone service.
3. Intellectual property
The site's design, text content and branding are the property of BConvert. Files produced by the converters (for example, a PDF converted from a Word document) are yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes.
4. No warranties
The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep them correct, we do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Always test generated code before using it in production.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BConvert and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its tools and content.
6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
